At Smoothie London, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Smoothie London tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
